Ed Taylor

Ed is a native of Southern California and responded to the gospel in 1991 at Calvary Chapel Downey. There, he spent eight years learning, growing, and serving. In 1999, Ed and his family moved to the Denver area hoping to be used by God. In December 1999, Calvary Church (Aurora, Colorado) began Sunday services and today impacts the community for Jesus in wonderful ways. Pastor Ed’s heart is to be transparent from the pulpit, as he truly desires that everyone, from all walks of life, will embrace Jesus and grow in His grace. Ed and his wife Marie have been married since 1989 and have three children. Their oldest son Eddie went to be with the Lord in 2013 but not before giving them a precious grandson. Ed is an author and blogger on EdTaylor.Org and can be heard throughout the country via his Abounding Grace Radio Broadcast or his podcast on leadership called Lead2Serve.

Rod Thompson

Rod was called to Europe to do church planting in 1990. For seven years, he ministered in this capacity in Hungary, Serbia, and Austria, then served for the next eight years as the overseer of the Calvary Chapel Conference Centers and Bible colleges in Austria and Hungary. After 15 years on the mission field, Rod and his family returned to the US to serve at the Calvary Chapel Conference Center in Murrieta and Reliance Church in Temecula. The desire to get back on the mission field never wavered, however, and on July 9, 2019, Rod, his wife Zuza, and their two daughters boarded a plane to go back to Europe with more vision than ever. Their base of operations is in Montebelluna, Italy, where they assist in overseeing the Calvary Chapel Bible College and serve the church in that city. During their time in the States, they established Cross Culture Missions, and their vision is to encourage and equip pastors from every tribe, tongue, and nation.

Wayne Taylor

Wayne is the founding pastor of Calvary Fellowship in Seattle, Washington. He founded the church in 1977. Through steady, stimulating Bible teaching, the church grew through the years to a few thousand people per week. From this church, over 50 churches in the northwest USA and abroad were planted, including several in France, Russia, Germany, England, Japan, and Nicaragua. Wayne has written five books, including the Civil War Within, a commentary on Romans, and He Dwelt Among Us, a yearlong daily devotional through the book of John. Wayne is married to Cathy, and they have four adult children and 11 grandchildren!

Nick Cady

Nick Cady is the lead pastor of White Fields Community Church in Longmont, Colorado. Before moving to Longmont in 2012, Nick spent ten years in Hungary as a missionary, pastor, and church planter with Calvary Chapel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology from the University of Gloucestershire (UK) and a master’s degree in Integrative Theology from the London School of Theology. Nick is the author of Theology for the People, a blog and podcast discussing the intersection of theology and culture. Additionally, Nick is on the steering committee of the Expositors Collective, an organization that exists to equip and mentor the next generation of Christ-centered preachers.
